SO WE GO MUSIC VIDEO
So We Go is a track by London based band Cable Street Collective. It is a song about the stresses and strains of modern life – being pushed and pulled in a million different directions at once, leaving you feeling all twisted out of shape. Director Cassidy Burcher visualises that with extensive use of a leaf blower on the faces of the band and friends.
The effect is hugely watchable - particularly as the grotesque and funny facial manipulations are augmented by animations.
So We Go was well received and featured on various music websites and a handful of film festivals, receiving a special commendation by London X4 Seasonal Short Film Festival and winner of the International Music Video Award at Cardiff Mini Film Festival.
